Congo by Dumanios Version 1

While I was revamping the African nations, I had the idea to make a Congolese civilization, with some inspiration from Civ 6's Kongo.

Leaders: Mvemba a Nzinga (Spiritual/Protective), Nzinga Mbande (Aggressive/Protective), Mobutu Sese Seko (Charismatic/Imperialistic)
Unique Unit: Ngao Ngeba (Replaces the Swordsman, +1 Strength, starts with Cover, +5 shield cost, DOES NOT have the city attack bonus)
Unique Building: Wene (Replaces the Colosseum, +1 Health, -20 shield cost)
