OK. The "desert" tan is a bit light so this is either "Desert AK Guy" or "Arctic AK Guy". 
Sorry, no Units32 with this. It used to be easy to do them with Poser 7 but Poser 9 is a bit of a pain because there appears to be no way to turn anti-aliasing off, that I can find anyway.
