District Building Overhaul Mod v1.3

Updates district buildings to provide additional yields based on tier.

    Overhauls district buildings in the game to provide bonuses in addition to base building yields.

    *Base building yield from Library/University/Madrasa/Research Lab lowered to 1/2/3/3 Science respectively.
    * Libraries increase Science yield of all Rainforests and Woods in their city by 1.
    * Universities and Madrasas now increase Science by 0.2 per pop in their city.
    * Research Labs now increase Science yield by 2 per district in their city.
    * Theater Square buildings now only give Great Person points of their relevant Great Work Slot.
    * Broadcast Center no longer gives Great Artist points, Museums no longer give Great Writer points.
    * Archaeological Museum no longer gives Great Artist Points.
    * Amphitheater base yield reduced to 1 Culture, Archaeological Museum base yield increased to 3 Culture.
    * Amphitheaters now increase Culture by 0.2 per pop in their city, Art Museums increase Culture by 0.3 per pop.
    * Broadcast Centers and Film Studios now increase Culture yield by 2 per district in their city.
    * Shrine and Temple base yield lowered to 1 and 3 Faith respectively. Prasat and Stave Church base yield remains at 4.
    * Shrines increase Faith yield of all Woods in their city by 2.
    * Temples now increase Faith by 0.5 per pop in their city.
    * Electronics Factory base yield reduced to 3.
    * Workshops increase Production yield of all Bonus Resources (plus Coal, Oil, and Uranium) in their city by 1.
    * Factories now increase Production by 0.4 per pop in their city.
    * Power Plants now increase Production yield by 2 per district in their city.
    * Market/Bank/Stock Exchange base yield lowered to 2/3/5.
    * Markets now increase Gold yield of all Luxury Resources in their city by 2.
    * Banks now increase Gold by 1 per pop in their city.
    * Stock Exchanges now increase Gold yield by 4 per district in their city.
    * Barracks increase Production yield from Iron by 2, and provide +10% production towards units.
    * Stables increase Production yield from Horses by 2, and provide +10% production towards units.
    * Armories increase Production yield from Niter by 2, and provide +10% production towards units.
    * Military Academies provide +10% production towards all land unit types.
    * Shipyards now increase Production yield from Coast tiles by 1.
    * City Centers now have slots for two Aircraft.
    * Hangars increase Production yield from Aluminum by 3.
    * Airports now increase Production and Gold yield by 1 per district in their city, and their city's Tourism output by 100%.
    * Food Markets now increase Food yield by 0.3 per pop in their city and +1 Amenity.
    * Shopping Malls now also provide +4 Gold and additional +1 Amenity (making it +2 total).
