*Base building yield from Library/University/Madrasa/Research Lab lowered to 1/2/3/3 Science respectively.
* Libraries increase Science yield of all Rainforests and Woods in their city by 1.
* Universities and Madrasas now increase Science by 0.2 per pop in their city.
* Research Labs now increase Science yield by 2 per district in their city.
* Theater Square buildings now only give Great Person points of their relevant Great Work Slot.
* Broadcast Center no longer gives Great Artist points, Museums no longer give Great Writer points.
* Archaeological Museum no longer gives Great Artist Points.
* Amphitheater base yield reduced to 1 Culture, Archaeological Museum base yield increased to 3 Culture.
* Amphitheaters now increase Culture by 0.2 per pop in their city, Art Museums increase Culture by 0.3 per pop.
* Broadcast Centers and Film Studios now increase Culture yield by 2 per district in their city.
* Shrine and Temple base yield lowered to 1 and 3 Faith respectively. Prasat and Stave Church base yield remains at 4.
* Shrines increase Faith yield of all Woods in their city by 2.
* Temples now increase Faith by 0.5 per pop in their city.
* Electronics Factory base yield reduced to 3.
* Workshops increase Production yield of all Bonus Resources (plus Coal, Oil, and Uranium) in their city by 1.

* City Centers now have slots for two Aircraft.

* Food Markets now increase Food yield by 0.3 per pop in their city and +1 Amenity.
* Shopping Malls now also provide +4 Gold and additional +1 Amenity (making it +2 total).
