CiV conversion of the Civ IV Druid by Warkirby, for use with the Gandalf (Wizard) unit effects. Uses CiV Scout animations; designed to use the same custom effects as the wizard unit. To do so, edit the .fxsxml and .ftsxml files to match the desired effect as appropriate. By default it uses the Dromon Fire effect (staff smokes and emits Dromon fire when attacking).
