This update fixes a bug that caused unit maintenance to be higher than intended. Some early game units also had their maintenance cost reduced.

  • Completely redone Diplomatic Traits. The second level of every trait now provides Affinity.
  • Changed some of the Agreements.
  • Less Affinity points from ring 3 and 4 Technologies.
  • Changed the effect of the Ansible Wonder.
  • Changed the Purity Virtue "Ocean Pathways: +1 Naval move speed" to "Military Industrial Complex: When you kill a unit gain +5 Diplomatic Capital".
