This mod works either stand-alone or as an add-on to my Historical Religions (Steam / Civfanatics) or the Historical Religions Edit (Steam / Civfanatics). All of my denomination packs are also collected in my Historical Religions Complete (Steam / Civfanatics).
Egyptian Denominations Steam
It adds three historical religions related to ancient Egypt:
Pesedjet (Traditional Egyptian)
Atenism (Amarna Heresy)
Amanaiism (Ancient Libyan/Berber)
My goal with this mod was not to attempt to represent every single deity cult or ritual division. Instead, I wanted to provide a general ancient Egyptian religion as well as the most notable derivation/heresy; Atenism. I then provided an ethnic division with Berber religion as seperate from the rest of the Egyptian world.
The mod updates the religious preference for Egypt and includes new religion icons and full civlopedia entries.
Note:
This mod requires either the Gods and Kings or the Brave New World expansions.
