What's this? a new leaderhead for an old game like Civ3?

To be honest, civ3 is still my favorite in the series, even after all these years.
This is a static, single era leaderhead (sorry, but making animated or multi-era leaderheads is beyond my skill level
)
She is intended as a replacement for Xerxes/Darius of the Persians, but obviously can be used for whatever.
To be clear, there never was an Empress Parissa of Persia, so she is entirely fictional. However, Parissa is an old-persian name, so it fits well.
