Well, this is a generic white guy. I'm personally using him as a leaderhead for Hungary because I simply wanted to add Hungary to my game. A city list and leader list were compiled by thestonesfan, the Covert Civer and the guy with the coolest avatar.
Here are the files. Everyone can thank GIDustin for converting the .avi movies into usable CivIII files and for making the diplomacy and Civilopedia stuff. Thanks, GIDustin!
