Finally after years of wishing for Avatar units in Civ IV, I'm proud to present the first unit, the Fire Nation's own steam-driven warship.
You'll notice that it is slightly modified from the original. This is because it never made sense to me why the Fire Nation ships lacked cannons. The Fire Nation is shown to have cannons aboard their airships, as well as gunpowder weapons in the form of grenades and bombs. If they have all of these, then surely they would craft cannons aboard their ships as well.
It uses the Missile Cruiser animations.
Thanks to the great MightyToad for all his hard work texturing it and rigging it up. He did a great job, as he always does.
