This pack replaces the units, terrain, cities, icons and people graphics for the Test of Time version of Carl Fritz's Brown Man's Burden v2 scenario. It's basically a modification of an earlier graphics pack by Fairline, with a different terrain set, and icons and improvements files included. The original can be found here.
