This reskin of the Tall Wall used in the Chinese Unification mod for Warlords add's a new UB for Babylon. The Ishtar Wall based on the famous Ishtar Gate. It replaces wall and have a 60% defence bonus (+10% from normal wall), reduces collecteral damage by 60% (+10% from normal wall) and give a +1
bonus.
