Khorvaire Map-Van 2016-10-05

Here's a map based off of the D&D campaign Eberron. It focuses on the main continent of Khorvaire. There are 14 playable civs: India, England, Mongolian, Japanese, Persian, Greek, Mali, America, Arabia, Russia, Spain, Incan, Aztec and German.

The only editing done was so that the civs would have 3 starting techs.
