Mvemba's Kongo doesn't really work because Faith is important in the cultural game (Naturalist, Rock Bands). They're also hurt by a lot of beliefs requiring a Holy Site. This mod adds the ability to build Holy Sites but still maintains Mvemba's Great Prophet restriction.
