The Overseer of Vault 101
One of my favourite games is Bethesda Softworks: Fallout 3. In this postapocaliptic game, the Vault 101's overseer's name is unknown. He is known as "The Overseer". Another thing why I created him: I will made a mod, a Fallout 3 Mod, and I need this leaderehead.
You need XML work to install him.
