Simply download the civ5mod file and either:

• unpack it using 7z or a similar program before copying the unzipped version into your Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS folder
• copy or drag it to your Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS folder folder and let the game unpack it the next time you go into the MODS menu in-game.
