New concept about unique unit: The civilizations don’t have a UU, but they can be trained with wonders. See the list of "wonder units":
Ministries: they can be constructed only in your capital, but they don’t count as a National Wonder. They give one free building in every city and they are destroyed if captured. The Capitals will have more strategic value.

Religions will find more difficult to spread. Paganism can be a good option in early times, even more with Pyramids.
