For instructions:
UNzip the mod into this location: (depending on where you installed CIV4

C:/Program Files/Firaxis/CivilizationIV/BeyondTheSword/Mods/RiseOfMankind/Assets/Modular/CustomCivilizations/

After which you add the following 3 lines to your Modular Civ loader controls:
<Module>
<Directory>TheCivilzation</Directory>
<bLoad>1</bLoad>
</Module>

And done
