Mongol Scenario Overhaul 2016-10-05

This is a map of the Mongol Scenario, which is based on the Mongol Invasions.
Since I found the map abit boring I decided to do abit of an overhaul, heavily
editing all borders, adding afew cities, and making the Mongol production
much higher. Enjoy!
