I I have looked at the mods that come with Civ 3 and played many mods on civ 4 or 5. I feel this doesn't add enough to really make it a "must have" like some mods are. Like, I could easily go back to playing standard civ 3.
Despite this, this has some interesting ideas, this is an old game, and I feel this mod does make some good decisions.
I wish it fixed the problems in Modern, or changed UU stats for one that sucked, or fixed despotism...but oh well
