Ognemetniy Tank 130 Finnish Army

Ognemetniy Tank 130 Finnish Army 2023-12-23

The T-26 tank was a Soviet light infantry tank used during many conflicts of the Interwar period and in World War II. It was a development of the British Vickers 6-Ton tank and was one of the most successful tank designs of the 1930s until its light armour became vulnerable to newer anti-tank guns. It was produced in greater numbers than any other tank of the period, with more than 11,000 units manufactured. During the 1930s, the USSR developed 53 variants of the T-26, including flame-throwing tanks, combat engineer vehicles, remotely controlled tanks, self-propelled guns, artillery tractors, and armoured carriers. Twenty-three of these were series-produced, others were experimental models.

OT-130 - Flamethrower variant of model 1933, using a larger 45 mm gun turret (a gun was replaced with a flamethrower).

Finnish use: Finnish Army captured several OT-130 flame tanks during Winter War (1939 - 1940) and early Continuation War (1941 - 1944). Three of these captured tanks were re-issued to Flame-thrower Platoon of Tank Battalion, which used them in combat in year 1941. Later they were converted to T-26B tanks.

The file contains all the sounds and pcx files. Model is not my own creation. Wyrmshadow provided the animation files and Ares de Borg did the sounds. I merely put the pieces together and cleaned up the model for CivIII and added some what if pieces. A big thanks to everyone that helped out!
