Mod files rescued from DSquared's Zandanian League backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.

Original Description/Intro:
It is 1998. After a surprising election in the Queensland parliament,
Pauline Hanson's One Nation Party has started a civil war. Using this
opportunity, another rebel faction, the Nothern Alliance ahas broken
away and declared it self a republic it too at war with the loyal
Conservationists union. A group from Southern Australia, the Redneck
Union, have come across the border, set up two makeshift towns, and
come to the aid of there allies in the One Nation Party. Up north are
the Papua New Guineans and the Japanese have leased Mornington island
for colonisation. Will the people of Queensland be reunited or is the
only out come war?
