Mod files rescued from Apolyton backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE.

Original Description/Intro:
^^ A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...

^^ It is a time of Civil War. Using fear and intimidation,
^^ the evil Galactic Empire seeks to impose a New Order on
^^ the galaxy. Only the Rebel Alliance stands in way of
^^ their evil plans. Striking from hidden bases, the Rebel
^^ Alliance have won important battles, but the Empire is
^^ marshalling the Imperial Fleet in order to find the
^^ Rebels base and the chance to crush the rebellion once
^^ and for all..
