Overhauled popHeads.pcx for RAR and Conquest 2016-10-05

The colors of civilizations has finally been added to popHeads.pcx' specialists. Existing civcolors has also been fixed and improved. Files both for Rise and Rule, and the un-modded game (Conquest) included.

New version: Corrected Conquest-version.
