Passable mountains and static and moving attrition 1.2

This mod will damage moving units, according to crossed terrains types.
Static units will also be damaged.

Sometimes, a catastrophe will happen, and increase damage. In this case, the unit will gain a few XPs (tied to received damages)
Then, there is a very slight chance that everytime a unit moves, it will create a road.
