This is a small-medium pangea map called Pharaoh's land. It has many beautiful rivers flowing through mountain ranges and vast forests. In between the west and east sides of the map, there is a large area of desert which can be of strategic advantage. There is also much life in the water and some good stuff to find out there once you have the technology to explore the ocean. Crucially, this isn't one of those maps where every civ starts on an equal footing with the same amount of land and the same balance of luxury and strategic resources. In fact it is quite the opposite. But if you can make the most of your starting position then you will find that every civ has a fair chance of doing well. The map is best enjoyed with 6 (maybe even 8) civs in total, and maybe just a few city states. Anyway I hope you guys like this map.
