This gives the Imperialistic trait a true 100% Great General Emergence. It's probably no secret, but the current '+100% Great General Emergence' results in far less (about 30% I think) Great Generals emerging which serverely diminishes the Imperialistic traits bonuses.
Basically it puts the threshold at 60 everytime (which you can change in the mod's GlobalDefines - instuctions in the readme), and considering the Imperialistic trait produces twice as more Great General experience, it therefore produces twice as more GG's.
