^It's June 1941 and tensions are mounting along the Soviet-German border... Are the
Germans about to break the Molotov-Ribbentrop non-aggression pact signed in 1939?
You, Josef Stalin, are about to face a tremendous challenge...

^OBJECT: The Germans must capture and hold on to target cities in the USSR to win.
Soviets must resist the advance of the Wehrmacht and ultimately carry the war to Germany.
^
^STRATEGY: The game is designed for play from the Soviet side only.
^^SPECIAL NOTES NEW VERSION 1.5 ReadmeRF1-5.txt for more & important hints.
^Disbanding units(except freighters), Incrimental rush buying, Airlifting units from UK to the USSR,
^convoy and airfield 0 mv,rehoming forts and selling antitank defences is capitalistic and forbidden.
^No unit movement, sales or build queue changes allowed in phantom turn June 1941.
^Trade units have been removed from the game and replaced with military equipment.
^Modified map/resources/Sci development and events make the game play a little differently than 1-4
^Absolutely no use of cheat mode/reloading allowed, Truely see if you can be honest.
^RF experts play on (Marshal), Intermediete (General), New players to RF (Colonel)
