Requested Mod- Ai Quick moves with Custom Combat Options 1.0

This adds custom options for the combat speed of player units:


The function seemed to work fine, but if there are any bugs or problems I didn't find please let me know.

Edit: Should note, this only works with in-game option menu, not front-end.
