Provides some updates and improvements on Rich Choices v1.0, including a Theocracy government for religious Civs. Also, removed bombard values from non-artillery units (e.g. archer) so that the multiplayer defensive bombard bug has less of an effect.
Includes scenario files both with and without the custom map. This scenario is especially intended for multiplayer play.
