Corrected 1.04a, by removing the mines and adding Memel to Poland.
Mines caused the enemy ships to suicide themselves on the them and the game play was hardly 'historic'
When Poland is invaded, Memel is occupied by Germany. This event is even mentioned in the War with Poland in 1939 announcement, so I felt it needed to be corrected.
