Adds a variant Rome with Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus as the leader.

- Download the file
- Copy or drag the Rome_Scipio_Africanus_(v_19).civ5mod file to your My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS folder
- Start the game and go into the MODS menu
- Wait about 1 minute (max) and then verify that the mod has been added as an enable-able mod. If so, check the enable button, click NEXT at the lower-right of the MODS menu, proceed to game set-up.
- Sometimes a something.civ5mod file refuses to unpack itself. In such cases you will need to unzip the file from its compressed format. It is really just a zip file, though I have had troubles on my Win8.1 machine getting winzip to recognize such files. I use 7z instead. I understand WinRar (?) also works.
