Another new civ, this one was requested by GGrachus. The Seleucids won't be a separate civ in my mod.

Leader: Seleucus(Exp/Imp)
UU: Thorakitai Argryaspidai(Replaces Swordsman, +100% vs. Mounted, +10% vs. Melee, +1 maintenance cost)
UB: Seleukeion(Replaces Courthouse, +1 Trade Route in the city)
