Here are some custom sounds that I have created for Asian-themed scenarios. They use the Civ3 format for system sounds (44.1kHz, 16 bit, mono) and have been game-tested. If you want to use them, all you need to do is extract the compressed file and copy/paste the "Sounds" folder into your scenario folder. If you already use custom sounds, backup your files.
The rar also includes a short melody I have created, "Landscape of Fall". Just add the line "Landscape of Fall.mp3" to your Music.txt file and it will be played during the game.
