UI - Improved Military Overview 2.3

• Compatibility with Vox Populi 1-14
• Warning! Due to a change in Lua interafce this version will not work with prior VP releases.

Version 2.2 More improvements:
- Displays Health Bar if unit is damaged.
- Shows icons for Great People.
- Shows Religion for religious units.
- Trade units show "Trade (Automated)".
- Shows City name for garrisoned units.

Version 2.1 - compatibility with Vox Populi 2/27
Support for an additional field in Supply information ("War weariness") that was introduced in VP 2/27. If you don't use VP, the field will show "n/a" (not applicable).

Added support for unique names. It will be displayed in the Name column instead of unit's type.

Added reference to CBO/EUI, so there's no need to delete any files from VP.
