A huge German language space scifi multiplayer Star Trek scenario with cool graphics by Barthi.

Mod files downloaded from CivForumDE, update fix applied, and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also Blake added Barthi's galaxy map he posted online for fun. No English version sadly so this could use a translation by someone if people like it!
