About:
A huge Star Trek TNG & DS9 themed multi scenario total conversion modpack by Paul Heron.

Mod files rescued from Atomic Network backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.

File added to this area as part of Blake's lost scenario/mod files restoration & cataloging project which can be found here:

Original Description/Intro:
TNG:
^This scenario begins in 2364, the time in which the first season of
Star Trek : The Next Generation is set. It ends in 2395, the year seen in the
possible future witnessed in the final episode, All Good Things.
^The map depicts the Alpha and Beta quadrants of the Star Trek milky way galaxy.
^Included are seven civilisations that are based on the alien races and
empires seen in ST:TNG:
^-Humans (leaders of the Federation), -Federal Members (the other Federation races), -Romulans, -Klingons, -Ferengi, -Cardassians, -Borg.
^All the civs are worthy of play, although the Borg begin with only a few outposts at
the edge of the map (since their empire is situated somewhere in the Delta quadrant).
However, they make up for this with their superior technology and units.
^This isn't an 'objective' scenario; scoring is based on the normal Civ 2 rules.
^There are some special rules:
^-Government switching isn't allowed.
^-Technology cannot be obtained through conquest.
^-When computer controlled, the Borg never negotiate.

DS9:
^This scenario begins in 2369, the time in which the first season of
Star Trek : Deep Space Nine is set. It ends in 2399.
^The map depicts the Alpha and Gamma quadrants of the Star Trek milky way galaxy.
^Included are seven civilisations that are based on the alien races and
empires seen in STDS9:
^-Federation, -Bajorans, -Cardassians, -Ferengi, -Maquis, -Karemma (a Gamma Quadrant alien race), -Dominion.
^All the civs are worthy of play, although some Civs begin in a stronger position than others.
^This isn't an 'objective' scenario; scoring is based on the normal Civ 2 rules.
^There are some special rules:
^-Government switching isn't allowed.
^-Technology cannot be obtained through conquest.
