3- Replaced some unintended City Spots (Grassland) with Parkland.
4- Added Cosplayer Unit (requires The Colosseum) to fix a Civilopedia display glitch.
5- Added Shock Jockey Unit (requires the City Power Station) to fix a Civilopedia display glitch.
6- Added Shadow Shinobi Unit (requires Takayama Dojo) to fix a Civilopedia display glitch.
7- Linked Techno Angel to the Hero Manor resource to fix a Civilopedia display glitch.
8- Added new Diplomusic that plays when you are at war with the Celestial Order and League of Heroes.
9- Removed Bombard defence from Guard Room.
Notes: The Civilopedia display glitch still affects all Bonus Resources. It's cosmetic and doesn't
effect the game in any way other than not displaying the Pedia entry for the Resource.
