TAC Equestria 2016-10-05

This modmod of The Authentic Colonization adds Equestria as a full and largely playable colony. Converting a bunch of art over from Civilization is Magic to bring ponies into Colonization.

Aside from the obvious change of using the oh so superior in nearly every way to vanilla mod TAC as a base; TAC Equestria also adds in pony buttons to the city screen, adds in a greater variety pony units leading to less overlap in specialty, and adds a marginally better kf set for the Twilight LH.

Known Issues:
*there are still a few overlapping unit skins and city buttons
*Celestia has no "ring" animation thus will not move when that kf is supposed to play
*numerous texts referring to celestia as the king
