Tatchanka Version 2

Ramzay1945 gave me his own (unanimated) model ot the Tatshanka with real Red-Army-Soldiers and a better cart. After some problems, he succeded to add it to Saibothlies animations. So here is a more accurate Version of this units. Credits to both of them, I did nothing about the model in this case.
