In fact, please remove it from your game, Firaxis has updated the Font themsself and linked them to the scaling of the game-fonts. Please use the ingame font-scaling to also scale tge tooltips in the tree sections.
Hey, just a micro-mod that increased the font-size within the tech-trees tooltips because they are hardcoded and not resizable via ingame-font scaling. Iam an OLD and the fonts are too small!
Just unpack to C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VII\Mods\
