Here is an alternate template that is a new size. Virtually no difference, only one pixel difference in width and only 2 pixel difference in height for the whole file.
The previous one was made to match the size of Kyriakos`s large city sets and on closer look at the size, it could not be divided evenly by the game into equal sized cells, there was a chance of a stray pixel showing up in the game if the city went right to the edge of the cell and I hate stray pixels with extreme prejudice.
I`ve made the top usable part one colour in each cell.
If you put anything in the bottom part of the cell you risk that it could be covered by irrigation.
The new template size is 753X568, make sure you match the city file size to the template size.
