    these are the non-unit files which will be
    updated as this ADD ON scenario progresses,
    including the biq (C3C editor) file and the
    pediaicons.txt (units, etc. definition) file.

    the other download contains the complete
    95 MB add on scenario to stargate's Test IV
    Time mod. (that mod must be installed before
    modifying it with my add on scenario.)
