Original Description/Intro:
^April 1861, the Southern States have seceded and Fort Sumter now sits alone,
a festering sore in the heart of Charleston harbor. Thus begins the bloodiest
conflict in American history...
^
^RECOMMENDED: Union or Confederates

^NOT RECOMMENDED: English, French or Spanish (Boring...)

^STRATEGY:
^All the target cities in the scenario are in Confederate hands as the game starts,
therefore a status quo will result in a decisive Confederate victory.
^Union must capture 24 of 30 Confederate Objective Cities for decisive victory.
^Confederates must lose no more than 6 Objective Cities for decisive victory.

^SPECIAL NOTES:
^Play Union at King level, Confederate at Deity (Otherwise it's too easy).
^No technologies may be acquired by conquest.
^Negotiations between Union and Confederates are not permitted.
^No governement switching allowed.
