Santa's on his way from The North Pole
Adds The North Pole civilization, led by none other than Santa Claus, jolly ol' St Nick.
Everyone is happy at the North Pole! Your people will be happy with the combination of the UA (50% reduction in Unhappiness from cities and citizens) and the fact that the first three cities you found each provide a unique luxury. Plus, more happiness comes from the unique building:
UB: Santa's Workshop. Replaces the Workshop, +15% production, and each one provides two copies of - what else - Presents! (+6 Happiness)
UU: Elf Worker. Replaces the standard Worker, has 3 movement, and builds much more quickly than the standard worker. Model by Civitar
New UU: Reindeer Archer. Replaces the Chariot Archer; 3 movement instead of 4 but does not get stopped by rough terrain. Upgrades to a Reindeer Knight. New unit model by Wolfdog
New UU: Reindeer Knight, places the Knight, ranged unit, +1 movement. New unit model by Wolfdog
Bonus: Unique Improvement: Snowman, can be built on Tundra or Snow (making up for Santa's tundra start bias), and adds +3 Food and +1 Production to the tile. Graphic model converted from Civ IV by DJSHenninger, originally created by saibotlieh
