There were requests for converting this map to Vanilla version as well. Since it isn't too hard to do, I will do it and here it is.
There are 15 civs - excluded the Carthaginian, Korean and Turks.
Since Korean and Thai are excluded, China is garranteed to be the superpower. I am not going to spent time to test and game balance this map, but you could try do it yourself after you play the map once or twice.
If you want to increase or decrease the strength of a civ, you just need to edit this file using text editor and change it's handicap setting. For example:
Change China's handicap setting:
1. Find China in the Player data.
2. Edit this line:
Handicap=HANDICAP_PRINCE
to
Handicap=HANDICAP_MONARCH
3. Save the file and restart the scenario.
