TKS was an improved version of the TK-3 tank. It was constructed in the PZInż Study Office. by the team under the guidance of Ing. Edward Habich . The main change was the modernization of the shape of the front part of the fuselage, the replacement of the engine and the addition of a periscope to the commander, change of armour, electrical installation, improvement of the chassis. Mass production started in 1934. A total of 280 copies were produced.
