Toejam and Earl Type Islands 2016-10-05

This was a request from ceaser1345 for a terrain mod to facilitate Two Worlds in One Scenario Possibility.

Space separating two worlds.

Terrain impassible to all but space transport.

I've modded the ocean files wOOO and wCSO to space.

I know others have done space, this is a space combined with regular terrestrial.
