Treasury Interest Mod (BTS 3.19)
This small modcomp makes it so that your treasury earns interest each turn.

-Your treasury will earn interest each turn when enabled.
-Treasury Interest is enabled by the Free Market Civic (+3% and Max 35[ICON_GOLD] per turn.
-Wall Street Wonder increases Interest amount (5%) and Max per turn (MAX 50[ICON_GOLD] per turn.
-Finance Advisor lists interest amoung per turn.
-Custom Game Option.
