Adapts the TreeGrowth mod by Bhruic and FiresForever for mods based on whoward's dll (vp, sapiens, etc.).
v37+ adds customization options & adds early-successional vegetation, representing growth stage of forest/jungle: ie. mod now spawns a 'shrubland' that converts to forest/jungle after 10 turns, rather than spawning forest/jungle directly -- wildfires and smoke as well.
Open TreeGrowth.lua, edit values as desired, should be self-explanatory. Mod defaults to spawn frequency of original mod. Set GrowthProbability to 1 for v2 spawn frequency. Higher values = more frequent forest/jungle/fire spawn:
