This is a modern era Viera defender for the World of Ivalice civs in the Final Fantasy mod. The Viera are an appearantly all-female race that have large, rabbit-like ears and high dexterity and sharp senses, making them excellent ranged-combat warriors.
Don't know what anyone would use this for outside of some kind of World of Ivalice scenario... unless one would want to make a Hugh Heffner-based civ or something
